Recently i repotted my palm tree. The most conclusive change I can pinpoint is this; as he began to wilt,
new growth was unusually slow. I used a microscope to identify any undesireables, but to no avail.
Finally, the roots appeared to be doing an "incredible hulk" immitation as they were swelling out the
plastic at the roots. I could now hear, and have identified a small, clear, 1/4 inch worm, that destroyed the
roots of this and now almost all of my plants. I have not come across any solid information anywhere, and
my babies are taking the brunt.
