I have a very nice Clamatis vine but during the heavy wind storm we had here it has all fallen to the ground and tangled up.
I tried to pull it back up but it is to brittle and breaks, now it is starting to bud out with new leaves. My question is can i prune it this time of the year Feb 11/02 in Abbotsford,B.C.
