I have recently potted a large/tall of the above in my house. About 3 weeks after potting the leaves furthest from the main stem started turning yellow/brown. Now the tips of all the other leaves are turning light brown. I checked the base of the stem going into the potting compost and it now appears soft. What can I do? This is the second one I had in the house and I don't want this one to keel over and die.

Any help would be appreciated.
