Greetings,

I have recently moved my ivy house plant inside for the winter. And in doing so I have noticed that there is a spider-webbed type covering on some of the leaves. (but a thicker, finer type covering). Now some of the leaveres are dropping off of the plant

Here are my concerns:

is the plant not getting enought light...(currently in indirect afternoon light)

does this material i have on the leaves contributing to leave loss--if so, what can i do to get rid of it?
