Trying to identify this beautiful gift. Giver only knows it as pancake plant, which is appropriate, but not much help. Leaves are peltate, and resemble water lillies, are long stemmed from central shoot. Light loving, easy, fast growing, no flower. Leaves root in water, stems are fragile, overall very airy in appearance.
