I work in a church and water the Pastor's plant in his office. It has big green leaves cascading out of the pot, and it is hanging from the ceiling. I usually give it a small pitcher of water every week, but it is still looking pretty shabby. Some of the leaves are shriveling and yellow and brown. Do I need to water more or fertilizer?
