Two weeks ago I purchased a corn plant from a local nursery. It looked fabulous when I purchased it out of the greenhouse. It is 5 ft tall. In the two weeks I have had it, I have watered it twice. Its leaves are turning black on the tips and working there way through each leaf, starting at the bottom of the tree. It is not in direct light and the temperature in the apartment renges from 60 - 70 degrees. What I am I doing wrong and how can I keep it from withering like this?
Thank you,
Garett

Go back to the nursery where you bought it and see if there are anymore corn plants there doing the same thing. Talk to them about the problem. Usually there will be someone there who will be able to tell you what to do about the problem-be sure to take a leaf with you to show them what is happening.

Hello,

I have the same problem that you mentioned, about blackened leaves on my corn plant, did you ever find out what was wrong with the plant?
