I have a non-irrigated cherry hedge approx. 5 years old and have had at least 2 areas that have become brown and died. On the entire hedge I have noticed the leaves all look like something is eating the leaves around the edges- like little bite marks around the entire edges. A neighbor across the street has same hedge without the problem- but he does have irrigation. I noted a little grey beetle-like bug once but the hedges with the entire lot showing leaf-bites would seem I would see many bugs but I don't. Any ideas?? I'd be most appreciative.
