I don't know what to use to treat my troubled houseplants. A couple have those small flying pests when approached. My double hawaiian something houseplant has thick white webs at the base of the leaves. Need instructions. Thanks!

1 tbsp of baby shampoo mixed with one quart of water in a spray bottle should help. put plants in the bath tub or outside and spray both sides of leaves.
