The leaves on your lucky bamboo plant could be turning yellow for several reasons. It could be too cold in the room for the plant. I found they do not like temps below 65 degrees. Another reason could be too much light. The water needs to be changed also about once every two weeks to a month. Just dump the water out that's in the container, no need to take the plant out.
I replace mine with only bottled water or spring water. Lucky bamboo also need growth plant hormones. I buy a liquid plant food for it from the bamboo stand at the local mall called green-green. I found out this makes a big difference. So try moving it where it is warmer, change the water and try a plant food. Also, never put it in direct sunlight. Hope this helps.
