In the fall put them in a darker area, little light, little water and cooler temps will force buds.
Once the buds develop do not rotate the light source. They will drop off and also causes branches to stretch and droop.
Depending on your area you maybe able to just leave it in your garage if not too cold.
Then when buds are bigger, bring indoors and water, give some flowering plant food.
Once done flowering they are resting, so very little or no water for 2 months, then is spring summer and resume normal watering and light feeding till fall again.

This plant blooms accourding to daylight hours. It works on the same basis as a pointsetta. Reduce the hours of light, natural and artificial and your plant will soon have buds.
