Plant growth and vitamins Options

I am doing a science fair project on the affect of multivitamins and the growth of houseplants and I was wanting to know if any of you out there know anything about it and if you did then please help me out and let me know!! Thanks

Hi Brittany,

I have no sound evidence that multivitamis would do anything to inhance a plant in any way. Maybe ask a pharmacy to see what they have to say. I try to get away with as little ferterlizer as possible, as ferterlizer no matter if its liquid or granular, has salt in them, and salt will eventually kill if its not able to be leached out. (drenched with water). I have many plant that are ten years old and still are thriving just because the light situation is great. Light is the most important thing.
