Med bright indirect light, no direct sun. Water when the soil is dry a couple inches down from the top, so the soil should be slightly moist at all times, not wet and not dried out. Feed lightly and sparingly in the spring/summer months

my peace lilly thrived for 18 months then lost all of its leaves, no change in location or feeding habits. Now all I have are tiny little leaves blooming. What caused this and what do I do?
