I have three plants in the office and two of them have developed a white mold on the flowers?

A white mold??? Could you be seeing mealy bugs??? Mealys are cotton like. If this is the case, throw out the plant. If its not too badly infected you can wipe off what you can and spray with soapy water to see if you can keep them at bay at least for the season.
