my jasmine plant is starting to produce white flowers. however, after a short time, the flowers turn brown and fall off.please tell me what is causing this. the plant continues to grow. i live is n.j. whic is considered a zone 7 area.

Hi
i am wanting to transplant my jasmine from where i have it now to a new spot , but now the plant is blooming out would it hurt the plant if i was to transplant it to a new spot , i live in south louisiana
