Hello, I would like some help with lucky bamboo.. I bought 3 stalks.. ( 2 sets one for me and a friend) both have done very
well until now they are about 9 months old.. I understand now I have been putting to much water.. (should be only 1 inch)we have been giving them more then that..

one is a bathroom with sky light.. and other one in a room with indirct light.. both plants are in the same vase narrow at bottom and wide at top.. iwith glass stones holding them..

Do have have to cut the roots or pot them.??
they have both turn yellow
and hollow at tops.. how do I save them..

Dear Bridgett, I have many lucky bamboo plants in all sorts of containers...I change the water every week or so and once in a great while, give them a weak soluction of miracle gro. As to water height, depending on the pot size I usually go over an inch, enough to completely cover the roots...Carol
