Today, when i was watering my plants i noticed a bunch of small flying insects thaat jumped and flew around when i watered! What are these things? Do they hurt my plants? How do i get rid of them?

Check the Search area by entering 'gnats' for lots of suggestions for control if they are dark in color. If they are white, you have white fly and will need to be spraying all parts of the plant (especially the underside of the leaves) with soapy water. Derek
