I have a wigelia bush at the side of my home. It needs some TLC
It is spinely, its not full and lush as I would like it. I trimmed it back to promote growth on the branches. Should I be giving it some sort of plant food? Please help!!

Thank you!!

Can new bushes be started with cuttings from an existing bush? If so, when is the best time to make the cuttings for rooting?
