My once healthy eggplants are dying because these little black bugs eating their leaves.

The little black bugs are now moving on to my potato plants.

Any ideas?

Those little black bugs are leaf hoppers. They will really tear up plant leaves. Get some Safer Insecticidal soap. Spray it on the leaves. This will get rid of them. If they come back use it again
