IS IT OK TO PUT WORMS IN YOUR COMPOST WHEN YOU PUT LIME IN IT? I DID EVERYTHIIING IT SAID IN A BROCHUR I HAD BUT DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT WORMS IN WHEN U PUT THE LIME, IF ANYONE KNOWS I'D APPRECIATE IT! I KNOW IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PLANTS BUT IN A WAY I SUPOSE IT DOES EH? THANKS JO!!

Well thought I would reply, I don't put any lime in my compost and mine does well. I just took twelve buckets (12Litres each) this spring of compost out of mine. If you do put lime I would not put the worms in directly so that they touch it. Maybe mix it in beforehand. Worms will make their way to your compost eventually. Hope that helps.
