I've had this lily for a little over two years. It blossomed well the first season and nothing since. I was told that I could put it outside for the summer (in Michigan) and trim the stalks to about 3 or 4 inches. If so, where should it be place outdoors?

Find a place with good light but no sun (excwept perhaps in the morning). I don't understand about trimming the stalks. The plant needs all its green leaves to make the food on which it lives, but you can always cut off any ugly bits. Derek
