rubber plant wilting...or dying??help!!! Options

hello , our favorite rubber plant has been drooping badly now for the past month or so, can someone please advise as to what to do to stop the droop...or is it on the way out?
its getting sun, and has been watered regularly, like all our other indoor plants , but this particular one is totally drooping , and we don't know how to allieviate our worries!! please advise SOMEONE!!!

Steve, if it has been growing well for a long time, the pot may be so full of roots that you are not getting as much water to it as you think you are. Try soaking the whole pot in a bucket of water. Then drain it and see if the leaves perk up. If so, it will tell you how you have to water in future. If not, you must have a root problem. You will need someone local to look at the plant. Derek

My rubber plant has been looking good and seemed to be growing now all the leaves are dropping off, When I bought the plant it had several small rubber plants together, now some of the bigger plants have lost all their leaves except one,on each plant. What am I doing wrong, too much water? I usually water once a week,
