Can you tell me how much water a Fruitless Banana Tree should get? I have two and they are in full sun. The leaves are turning yellow and the tips are brown and dried out. I don't know if I need more water or less. Don't know much about these trees.

Thanks,

They like to be moist all the time although not sitting in a mud soup. You must also be sure that the whole of the soil gets moist when you water since it is easy for part of the pot to get dry and then be very hard to wet again. Tyu sittung the whole pot in a bucket of water for an hour or so, then wait until the top inch of the soil is dry before giving the next really good soaking. Derek
