The flowers on my peace lilly have dried up. The leaves are green and beautiful. Am I supposed to cut the dried flowers off?

Yes, take off the old dried flowers and the stems that are attached to them which will snap off at the base or growing point.

I always cut the dead flowers/leaves off of my peace lily and it continues to produce more beautiful flowers.
