Very Old plant .. Is droopy and appears to be dying. I feed regularly and never over water.

If your definitely not over-watering, your Christmas cactus might just need a more thorough drink, saturating the roots/root-ball. I would try giving it a real good hard watering (until it comes streaming out the bottom) and see if that doesn't perk it.
