Could you please help me? I had a house plant given to me and I don't know what the name of it is. It has large ordinary shaped green leaf with vien lines in it. It also has very long (approx. 3-4") tubular flower pod hanging down from the leaf which I am told presents a large yellow scented flower. The stem is thick and wooden. This plant is a cutting and is approx. 1 1/2 - 2 ft. in height.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance for any assistance.

I wonder if it might be a Brugmansia. Unfortunately our pictures don't show the detail that you would need to compare them with your plant, but go to google and do a search on that word, clicking on 'Image' to get the pictures. Derek
