I have a foliage plant that has dark green leaves about 4" long,
rounded on the end 1/2 wide. The dark green leaves have distict yellow spots like they have been splattered with a reddish yellow paint. I would like to ID this plant. Any ideas?

I believe "croton is correct even though mine seems to have leaves with a bit more roundness to them than the picture.
