why are the leaves on my palm plants keeps turning brown and drying up? and what can i do about it?

Just to be on the safe side, check for any small pest like spidermites and fine webbing in and around the leaves.
Palms do well in indirect light, dapple sun is ok, just no direct hot sun.
The soil should never dry out completely and you don't want it soggy wet all the time either. So let the top inch or two feel dry to the touch before giving it a thorough watering, then dump out any excess in saucer.
