I have many house plants and some of them have a mold of some sort growing in the dirt. Is there anything i can give the plant to get rid of this problem?

Mold growing on the top of soil is caused from keeping the soil too wet, wet with cold temeratures or maybe the soil is not well draining.
Depending on the plants you have, some like to dry out, or get close to it between watering, and some like semi moist soil, but not soggy wet.
You can spoon out the mold down about a couple inches or so (be careful around roots) and throw that soil away, add new well draining soil to replace what you took out.
Give better air circulation around the plants and water less.
