Cats vs indoor plants, solved Options

I have solved the problem of my cats digging in my potted plants. I use fake xmas tree branches and wrap the base of the plant to cover the soil. It looks very attractive too.

Glad you found a solution to your cats digging in your pots. I have two cat's myself. I used a couple foot long squares of old window screening and rolled them up like fat cigars that where placed one top of the soil of one of my bigger ficus trees and it's never been bothered since.Nothing worse than a pot pottier!
Cats just hate anything bumpy, hard or prickly under their feet. Pinecones work great too!
