If it's just a few leaves, natural yellowing could be the case as older leaves die. If it's a lot more leaves that are yellowing, your ivy could be getting too much sun, not enough light, 9they like indirect) not enough water, too much water or it has pest, most likely (spidermites) A popular pest of ivies.
Look for fine webbing in and around the leaves. The leaves will appear yellow and or dirty looking, some brown and crispy and falling off.
Use mild dish soap and water in a spray bottle on all parts of the plant, underneath leaves as well to get rid of them. You may need to repeat this treatment.
