I have a nice potted plant, that has been looking great until just lately. I have a water thermometer to check water level so I'm NOT overwatering. But lately the leaves are turning yellow and this is the first time this has happened. Can you please advise. I've not moved the plant. It's in front of a window, with variable light (venetian blinds) and not in any drafts that I can tell...........can you suggest a remedy?

Thanks
Sharon

I have always heard that water meters are not always accurate, I personally like to check the soil with my finger before watering, just in case. The soil could still be moist way down and Philodendrons don't need to be moist all the time. Staying too dry or maybe the light is too low for your (not enough indirect) can also cause yellowing.
