I froze my plants Options

Can i salvage my plants once they were exposed to extream cold? Normally my plants do fine in my sun room, but it got to be below zero last night and i wasnt home to bring the plants in, they look pretty bad, is there a way to salvage whats left of them,
help

It is possible. As long as the roots/crown where not frozen or damaged, you should get new growth in time. Keep indoors and don't cut off anything yet. Give them the proper light, be a little patient for any new life and try not to over-water now.
