I was at work today and I just found this poor, neglected plant on my coworker's desk, and it NEEDS to be saved! But I don't know what kind of plant it is. It has several thick (about quarter to half inch thick) stems that kind of remind me of broccoli and the leaves are smooth edged and somewhat heart shaped. They are very bumpy in texture, almost like they're bubbling. There are currently no flowers and I don't know if there will be any. Can you help me?

I remember the name of the plant but that plant probably needs to be watered or soaked and then when the top of the soil becomes dry water the plant again. I would remove some old soil add new soil as well. You do not want to shock the plant by removing all of the soil. That plant as I remember does not require a lot of water.
