Yellowing on your Swedish Ivy can be caused by over or under-watering, as well as low light or some kind of pest. Make sure your watering only when the soil is close to dry, but not "completely" dried out.

Check for spidermites, spidermites love ivy and will infest the plant when the conditions are right (dry) Check for fine webbing in around the leaves. If you have them, or another kind of pest, using a spray bottle, spray the entire plant over a sink until it's dripping wet, including under the leaves with some mild soapy water every week or so for a few weeks to kill them all.

If you think it could be low light, you may have to supplement little more lighting, or, bring it home with you, give it bright indirect light, direct sun can burn the leaves.
