I have several office plants, and they seem to have a small nat-type fly that is living in them. How can i effectivly remove them without hurting my plants?

Go to google and type in "Bt for fungus gnats" I know there is a product available but I forget the name. All you do is drench the soil a few times and the larva die. You need to do this about once a week for a month in order to control all of the larvae. Cut down on your watering too. Fungus gnats only lay eggs in damp soil, So let the soil totally dry out and that should kill alot of the eggs.
