Ficus benjamina are known for being tempermental or stressed if you just brought it home to a new enviorment, moved it to another location within the house, cold, it has pest, being watered incorrectly being too dry or too wet. One of those is most likely the reason for leaf drop.
Keep in good bright indirect light with some sun during the day. Water soil thoroughly until it comes out the bottom when the upper half dries in winter. water well when top inch or two dries spring/summer months. Get rid of excess.I like to keep the soil semi moist, a little less moist in winter, but not dried out.
Try not to over-water it now with less leaves and don't feed, only in the growing season and only when healthy and growing well, half strength. If the roots are ok, you should see new leaves. You might have to do some pruning later on the in the summer.
