Money plants/trees like to be kept on the dry side. This seems to be the most important variable as I've found they will tolerate a wide variety of light conditions.

Can someone tell me what the Latin name is for this tree?
And I live in The Netherlands at night it's minus 2 degrees. Is it possible to leave the plant outside?

I don't believe there is a latin name for it but look up money and tree in Latin.. Seem as if that is what the Americans did. But don't ever leave this plant outside. It could be bad. always in door and not too much light. I water every 3 days and my tree is almost 7 ft tall. hope that helps.

I have a chinese money tree and all the leaves have fallen off. I water it once a week (1/2 cup).
I keep it inside.
I pulled several of the trunks because they were rotten.
Can I still save this tree?
