How do I revive my dying venus hair fern. My grandparents gave it to me as a wedding gift. When I recived it, it was already starting to wilt as a result of underwatering. I have cut all of the leaves off of to see if that would help but so far nothing. what can I do to bring it of shock?

I had one once, but unfortunately, not the right place for it. The maiden hair fern needs the soil to be on the semi moist side, not soggy wet, and lots of humidity, like inside a terrarium to do well indoors.
