Does it make any difference if dead leaves are removed from house plants? eg Yucca

Apart from being unsightly I would have thought it would not make any differenct to the growth of the plant, is this correct?

You should try to keep plants clean and neat. It not only improves the appearance of plants, but can reduce the chances of insects and disease problems which could effect the growth.
