my dog just ate a venus fly trap and i wanted to ask wiil it hurt her.

This plant is NOT on the poisonous list, but, if you see any kind of reaction, it's best to call your vet because even non- poisonous plants can cause a reaction. If you can, it would be safer to move your plant out of your dogs reach.
