I have a rubber plant in my office that has really started to grow. It's branches hang over the edge of the pot and it has started to get too big for the spot it is in. How should I cut it back? I don't want to destroy it.

You can cut it back to the desired height just above a leaf stem. New leaves will grow where you made the cuts.
