Hello, I need help identifing this plant. It was a gift as the woman was moving, she said it was a Queen tree?.. cant find nothing on the name. It was only a foot in height, and has grown to over 10 feet, seems to be like a vine, climber. I have had to cut it down it gets so big, and the leafs turn yellow often.
as it grows the leaves roll open and are about 6-7 inches in lenght. 3 sided leaf.. middle being largest and the 2 sides somewhat out to the side but drapped downward, mint green in colour, bottom leaves are darker as it grows it gets lighter.
As the plant grows there seems to be stem like roots? 1 inch in size off the plant itself, brown in colour and the plant kinda has that bamboo look to it, but not sterdy at all, need much support and grow very fast, ive had it for about 10 yrs now..
I have noticed now just looking at it, that some of the leaves have 2 more sprouts than the 3 I had said, but are conciderably small.
if i get a pic can i post it?
thanks for any info

Oh, I had moved a couple of times and the plant looked real bad , broke off and I had cut it right down, it had no problem comming back very fast as well

Hi 2beagleboys,

Thanks for posting. Your post will show up in the forum. We were configuring the site last night and it temporarily placed your post as the oldest instead of the most recent. It's fixed now and there shouldn't be any more problem.

You can certainly add pictures of your plant to the forum to help with identifying it. However, you will need a third-party site to host the image. I always suggest www.flickr.com. It's really easy to use. Simply add your images to their site and then you can add them to ours.

They do a great job of walking you through it, but if you need additional help, please let me know.
