My plants in my all season room are all having a sticky sap being released, what is causing this? Also my flowering hibiscus has little white flying knat like bugs and it has never had them before. I am no good with plant care so I have no knowledge on plants sorry but hope you can help.

You are having bug problems. Do you see any little white fuzzy bugs on plants? bugs flying around?

remove the plant with the bugs as soon as possible. got to a wal mart and buy a house plant bug control. its in a yellow spray bottle. go to the plant section and ask about it. spray the pland good and well and clean up the bugs and keep it secluded for 1 or 2 weeks and your problem will be gone... if it happens again, do the same thing!
