I am normally great with houseplants, but this was given to me in bad condition. The leaves were starting to fall off, I removed the dead flowers, have kept it in a good temperature, watered regularly, and fertilized as needed. It is STILL going downhill after 3 months. Is this plant to be a true perennial, and die back as this has the twisted vine up to the topiary and I am not sure if this will come back in Spring??
