Hello:

I have a plant that I found several years ago and do not know what type of plant it is. I have several cuttings from it and most have not grown to more than a foot or two, but one has grown to nearly six feet tall. The main plant had it's trunk cut and a root stop or paint was put on the spot that the trunk was cut at, and then the plant grew from it's sides at the trunk, thus making it grow the way it looks today. I would like to identify the plant and then try to make the cutting that is nearly six feet tall grow the same way as the original plant has grown. I guess the first step is to identify the plant and then have someone instruct me on how to cut the six foot tall cutting and force it to grow from the sides of the trunk like the original plant has done. I have taken several photos and uploaded them to flickr.com. The link to the photos is:

The link doesn't work by clicking on it so you will have to cut and paste it into your browser.

Thank You,
David

Hello:

Wow......it must be a difficult plant to identify. It seems the post has had quite a few views but no one has yet to identify it. Let me know if any additional information is required to identify this plant.
