Need help identifying 2 indoor plants. Options

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and would like to start off by saying hello and would appreciate some help identifying a couple indoor house plants.

1st one is this.



2nd one is this.

The first one is a Schefflera, the second one is a Philodendron, most likely either a cut leaf Philodendron or a swiss cheese Philodendron
