Hi Folks, I'm new to this whole business, but I want to do what's right for my gorgeous asparagus fern which thrived outside all summer. I'm in central KY (not sure what zone that is, and now that I have it inside, it's starting to turn yellow and lose leaves). I'd like to trim it back because it's so wiry and leggy. Any hints for me, please? Thanx. Pat

I would be fine to trim back the asparagus fern, but I wouldn't trim to back more then 1/3 of the total length of the stem. As for the yellowing, make sure the plant is evenly moist away from heat and cooling vents.
