I need some ideas for vegetables to grow that are easy for beginners. I want to grow them in my backyard. Any thoughts?

Letus is always a good one. You just pop it in and let it go. When picking it i usually pick leaves from the bottom and just as much as i need (not the whole bunch at once). THis allows it to keep growing up and you will get much more leaves from it. Eventually it will flowed and go to seed and then the whole process will start again.
