What's the name of this vine? Options

We live in a new development with horrible, clay-like soil. This vine, however, is thriving. It's an evergreen, fast-growing vine with beautiful red flowers. It blooms practically year-round. Can anyone identify this vine for me?

Iwould say its a Pssioflora vine , non fruiting type,
